  • Once subscribed, you're able to add as many design requests to your queue as you'd like, and they will be delivered one by one.

  • On average, most requests are completed in just two days or less. (Mon-Fri) However, more complex requests can take longer.

  • We offer a ton of flexibility in how you request designs using Trello. Some common ways clients request designs are directly via Trello, sharing Google docs or recording a brief Loom video (for those who prefer not to write their briefs out). Basically, if it can be linked to or shared in Trello, it's fair game.

  • Great question… How long a project takes to complete is often up to you, the client. You can expect deliverables for review and feedback between 24-48hrs (M-F). For example - I’ll work and send over a cover design to review and send feedback within 24 to 48 hours.

    If you’re ecstatic about the results, we move on to other page layouts… if not, I continue to make changes for as long as you’d like, until you get exactly what you want!

  • That's fine. You can pause your subscription when finished and return when you have additional design needs. There's no need to let the remainder of your subscription go to waste.

  • Don't like continual meetings? We don't either. Using a combination of a simple Trello Board link and Loom video, we work around your schedule and don’t need to coordinate schedules in order to fulfill quick updates and turnarounds.

  • No worries! We'll continue to revise the design until you're 100% satisfied.

  • Yes there is! Reel Pitch does not cover the animation, video, or create original photography.

  • Most requests are ultimately delivered via PDF and put together in Keynote or for web-based decks, Squarespace.
